Employee assistance program
Free and confidential professional counseling

Your employee assistance program (EAP) helps you resolve common personal issues before they take their toll on you. The EAP, administered by Aetna Resources For Living, is available to all employees, dependents, family members and household members, whether you participate in an Aldine ISD medical plan or not.

The service is free and confidential, and there’s no limit to the number of calls you can make. You can also take advantage of short-term counseling with a licensed clinician for you and each household member. The program allows three visits per issue per year.

The EAP offers guidance for some of life’s most pressing issues, including:

  • Personal and professional relationships
