Viverae (pronounced vuh-vair-ee) offers wellness resources, including personalized health challenges, online classes and fitness programs, that make it fun and easy to stay in shape and improve your health—all free to Aldine ISD employees who are eligible for benefits.

Through the MyViverae website, you can set personal health goals, join a challenge, even challenge your coworkers to join in with you, and then track your activities and progress on your own personal dashboard. MyViverae easily syncs with more than 100 apps and tracking devices, including Fitbit, Jawbone, Misfit and Garmin.

Viverae is launching a new website, mobile app and points-based wellness program in 2017. Look for more details to come in January.

Health coaching and disease management for medical plan members

If you're enrolled in an Aldine ISD medical plan, you can also take advantage of special Viverae programs, including health coaching and disease management.

Viverae health coaches are experienced, highly trained professionals who specialize in areas such as weight management, fitness, nutrition, physical activity, tobacco cessation, stress management and goal setting. Viverae offers health coaching via telephone or secure message in English and Spanish.

The Viverae disease management program provides confidential education, consultation and support to help manage chronic medical conditions.
